FRANK KOTYK Frank Kotyk of Sandy Lake passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2006, at the Sandy Lake Personal Care Home, at the age of 91 years. Frank is survived by one son, Les Kotyk of Erickson; two daughters, Audrey (John) Ewasiuk of Onanole and Shelley Watson of White Rock, BC; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Also surviving are four brothers, Lloyd (Kay) Kotyk of Winnipeg, Ed (Joyce) Kotyk of Brandon, Lionel Kotyk of Brandon and Alex (Emily) Kotyk of Oakburn. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 29, 2006, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Roman Catholic Church, Minnedosa. Interment will follow in the Minnedosa Cemetery. Rev. Vincent de Paul Tchaoule and Rev. Deacon Conrad Plante will officiate. If friends so desire donations may be made to a charity of choice.
