JAMES EWART WHENHAM March 6, 1922 November 20, 2006 On November 20, 2006, Jim Whenham of Leduc, formerly of Winnipeg and Ottawa, passed away at the age of 84 after a lengthy illness. Jim is survived by his loving partner Elsie Richardson; son David (Janine) of Falun, AB, daughter Sheila Faryna (Allan) of Calgary, son Michael of Coquitlam, BC; and grandchildren, Jasmine, Will (Kate Wyles) and Alison of Falun. Jim will be missed by two brothers, Don (Melva) of Leduc County and Llyn (Gail) of Dawson Creek, BC, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Jim was predeceased by his granddaughter Serena, brother Bob; son Jimmy, and wife Unie. In respect of Jim's wishes, an informal celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, November 29, 2006 between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the Best Western Denham Inn, 5207-50 Avenue, Leduc, AB. Please bring stories and photos to share. Food and drinks will follow.
