ROZALIA NOLL October 30, 1910 - November 22, 2006 Peacefully, at home, our beloved Mama passed away at the age of 96. Mama is lovingly remembered by her children, Helen and John (Carol); grandchildren, Christine and Stephen, and great-grandchildren, Brittanie and Tony. She was predeceased by her husband, John, in 1992. After her family escaped from Hungary during the Revolution, we immigrated to Winnipeg in 1956. As difficult as it must have been to leave her homeland, Mama embraced her new country and the opportunities it provided for her children. She retired after 18 years of service in housekeeping at the St. Boniface Hospital at age 65. She enjoyed many good and healthy years in her retirement. Mama was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She touched us all, family and friends, with her kind, gentle spirit, the love she gave freely and unconditionally and her bright, warm smile. People and animals alike were drawn like a magnet to her loving nature. To the awesome homecare workers, who lovingly cared for Mama - Tammy, Kim, Gail, Jackie, Kathy and nurses, Agnes, Val and Becki - our family is truly grateful. Even in failing health, she flourished under your compassionate care. Many thanks. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 27 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. with interment to follow.
