Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRONALD (RON) FREDERICK PRYNNE Peacefully on Thursday, November 23, 2006 at Deer Lodge Centre, Ron passed away in his sleep. At his side were his loving wife Connie (nee Hogue) and his four sons, Greg, Grant, Ronnie Jr., Vinnie (Jackie); his mother Gladys Murray; loving niece Sandra Miller; brother-in-law Sonny Hogue, and stepbrother and sister-in-law Mick and Sue Murray. Besides his immediate family left to cherish his memory are his daughters-in-law, Shelly, Jackie and Vivian; six beautiful grandchildren, Dominic and Gabrielle Lizee Prynne, Zachary and Karsen Prynne, Ronnie Prynne III and Derek Harrisson. Ron is survived by his cousin Pat Andrechuk (Dave), their children, Davey (Janine and daughter Kelsey), Trish Bond (Shane and daughters, Hailey and Rhianna), Sandra's family (Cameron, their children, Shawn and Chelsey), along with Sonny's wife Judith and family, Candace Hogue (Harold Haime and their children, Mackenzie, Liam and Jackson Haime) and Tiffany Walsh (Zachary). Ron was predeceased by his father Reginald in 1986, and his stepfather Charlie Murray in February 2006. Ron worked in the insurance industry beginning with Northern Assurance in 1954, the Commercial Union and finally with Wawanesa Mutual, where he retired in 1992. He spent many hours fishing with his sons and friends and travelling throughout North America with Connie in their motor home where they discovered many new places both large and small. He was an avid Sports Dad encouraging and supporting his sons' love and participation in their many activities. Ron played football with Daniel Mac and continued his connection with the team as a member of the D.M.C.I. Football Alumni. He curled with the St. Vital Curling Club for many seasons. Special thanks to the staff at Deer Lodge Centre, 2 South for their compassionate care, especially Norine, Erin, Rosie and Rolando, where he lived for the past nine months and the staff of 3 East for their kindness over the past few weeks. A celebration of Ron's life will be held on Monday November 27, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Thomson In The Park Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Ron's memory to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 120 Donald Street (943-6622).
