Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANN CAMERON May 9, 1924 - November 23, 2006 Peacefully, with her husband and family by her side, on November 23, 2006 Ann passed away at the Heritage Lodge at the age of 82. Ann was predeceased by her son Jim in April of 1983. Ann will be lovingly remembered by her husband Ed; daughter Linda (Ralph) Chubey with Laurie (Dave), Sherri (Derek), Courtney and great-granddaughter Emily; daughter-in-law Sharon with Scott (Rozalynn). Ann will also be missed by her sister Kay MacDonald and her family, as well as many other extended family and friends. Ann was born in Dunrea, MB and moved to Winnipeg as a child. She and Ed were married on October 5, 1946 and spent their lives together in St. James. Ann worked at Eaton's and Granny's Kitchen for many years. She enjoyed reading, going to garage sales, knitting and crocheting. Ann was kind and caring. She was devoted to her husband and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 28 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. with viewing starting one half hour prior to the service. An interment and reception will follow. The service will be officiated by Chaplin Paul Brown. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ann's memory to the Manitoba Heart and Stroke Foundation, 200-6 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6.
