Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHARVEY (RIPAW) WOODFORD Peacefully on November 26, 2006 at the Fisher River Personal Care Home at 7:45 p.m., Harvey Woodford, aged 75 years formerly of Fairford, MB. He leaves to mourn one brother Stanley Woodford; sisters, Helen Sumner, Lena McMahon, and Louisa Bremner, also many nieces, nephews and many friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Angus on July 16, 1943, and Christina on October 10, 1985; brothers, John, Andrew, Rudy, Lawrence, Peter in 2000, Daniel in 2006, and Clifford in 1970; his sisters, Iona in 1952 and Elsie in 2006. Harvey was born March 11, 1931 at Little Saskatchewan First Nation. For many years he worked at the Stock Yards in St. Boniface. Harvey resided at the Fisher River Personal Care Home which brought him many friendships with the staff and administration. He enjoyed the outings and companionship the home provided. The family wishes to commend and thank the staff for their unending care and understanding during his illness and stay at the home. The Fisher River Personal Care Home's outstanding hospitality is greatly appreciated during our last visits to Harvey and stay-overs at the home. Many thanks to Arnason Funeral Home for their expertise in funeral arrangements, and to all his nieces for their many visits and help. Also to the Chief and Council of Pinaymootang First Nation for their help in our time of need. Many thanks to all the people for all their prayers. A wake service will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2006 at the Fairford House of Prayer beginning at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 1, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. in the Fairford House of Prayer with Pastor Wilfred Bruce and Asst. Pastor Donald Gould officiating. Interment at St. Helen's Cemetery with lunch to follow at the Fairford Pentecostal Church hall. Pallbearers will be John Woodford, Pat McMahon, Warren Woodhouse, Richard Woodhouse, Kurt Woodford, and Ernie Spence. Where can I go, but to the Lord Arrangements by: ARNASON FUNERAL HOMES LTD.
