FRANK OAR It is with sadness the family announces the passing of our dear father and grandfather on November 27, 2006 at the age of 61 years. Frank is survived by his daughter Karen (Reg) Clarkson of Nelson, BC, three grandchildren Nate, Matt and Ashley, sisters Marlene (Leo), JoAnn (Patrick) and Janice (Greg), brother Bill and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother Theresa and father Albert (Bussy) Oar. Frank attended Earl Grey High School from 1951 to 1960. He was self-employed as a window cleaner and worked with several building maintenance companies over the years. Frank's favourite pastime was to go fishing with his favourite nephew Dustin. Frank had a special gift for making people laugh and was most happy when he was giving. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. A Memorial Service to celebrate Frank's life will be held on Thursday, November 30 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
