SWANY ANTHONY ENGLOT It is with deep sadness our family announces the passing of our devoted father and grandfather November 27, 2006 peacefully with his family by his side at the Beausejour Hospital. Dad was born June 2, 1915 and was predeceased by his loving wife Mae; brothers, Casey, Stan, Bennie; sisters Elsie and Leona. Left to cherish his precious memory are daughters, Merla Bergeron (Maurice), Marge Wayne (Bill); sons Stan (Audrey), Les, Doug (Val), along with 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, as well as a brother, George. Dad was a passionate collector of fine antiquities. He lived everyday to the fullest and was happiest surrounded by his treasures and family. A Second World War vet, one of his favourite days was Remembrance Day. As a son he displayed care for his mother, as a husband he was unwearied in his devotion to the care and interest of his wife. As a father no sacrifice was too great for his children. The family would like to thank auntie Margaret for always being there for Dad. Friends may pay their respects on Thursday, November 30 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Russell Funeral Home, Beausejour, MB. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 1 at 11:00 a.m. also from the chapel with Rev. John Robertson officiating. Services will terminate at the chapel with cremation to follow. Pallbearers will be his grandchildren. If friends so desire, memorial donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetic Association. Our father didn't tell us how to live, he lived and let us watch him do it. RUSSELL'S of Beausejour, Manitoba are in care of arrangements. Call 1-866-424-6271 toll free or 268-2263.
