RONALD (RON) CLIFFORD MURRAY Peacefully with his family by his side, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, friend, Ronald Clifford Murray, passed away on November 30, 2006 at the age of 69, after a courageous battle with cancer. Ron leaves to mourn his loving wife Shirley of 48 years, who was by his side until the end; his children, Don (Donna), Clifford (Krystal), Darlene (Wayne), Brenda (David); his grandchildren, Sam, Aaron, Kelsey, Angel (Elliott), Derek (Sherry), David (Karen), Colin (Candice) and 10 great-grandchildren. In tears we saw you sinking, we watched you fade away. You suffered much in silence as you fought so hard to stay. You faced your task with courage, your spirit did not bend, but still you kept on fighting until the very end. So when we saw you sleeping, so peacefully from the pain, we could not wish you back to suffer that again. The family would like to give many thanks to all the staff at the Health Sciences Centre and the Seven Oaks Hospital for the help and care they gave him. We would also like to thank Angel and Cindy for the support and love they gave to Dad in his time of need. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 5 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044

  • Mr Murray , Your smiling face was always a joy to see when you came into Sobeys . I think you purposely came thru my till to tell me your delightful stories about your children ,after in a conversation we discovered who we both were and that I grew up in the same area .You always had something to tell about Don and his family. I will miss seeing you at my work , but I will always remember you and your cheerful smile, and you calm voice , From a cashier at Sobeys on Burrows& keewatin , Wendy Dodds - Posted by: Wendy Dodds (Acquaintance) on: Dec 03, 2006
