ROSEMARY HARPER With great sorrow we announce the passing of our Rose, mother, grandmother and sister on November 29, 2006 at 59 years. She is survived by her daughters, Leah and Angela; her brother Jerry Harasym and grandchildren, Malikiya, Latiyfe and Kiseriyan, Tania, Donovan and Byron; daughter-in-law Colleen; special friends, Pauline and Violet, as well as numerous other friends. She was predeceased by her mother Viola and father John. Rose was born in Winnipeg on August 24, 1947. She grew up in East Kildonan. She worked at the Rivercrest Hotel for 30 years. Her sense of humour and kindness were felt by many and had an impact on all. She enjoyed Bingo and going for rides down River Road. We would like to thank our friends who have helped us through these times. Also thank you to the staff, nurses and doctors at Unit 5, third floor at Seven Oaks Hospital for their kindness, care and compassion they gave to our mother. Prayers / visitation was held Sunday, December 3 at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of VOYAGE FUNERAL HOME, 220 Hespeler Ave. Funeral service will be Monday, December 4 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Roman Catholic Church, 300 Donalda. You were always there, anytime, anywhere. The life you lived was at a hectic pace, But somehow you lived it with a smile on your face. Your dreams would come up short somehow, But God called you home, He needs you now. Rest in Peace Mom, no more pain and suffering. We love you Mom.
