INEZ DARE On December 2, 2006 at the Park Manor Personal Care Home, Inez Dare aged 90 years, widow of the late Clarence (Dick) Dare, passed away. Inez was predeceased by her husband Dick in 1995; three brothers, Ernie, Stan and Vincent Green, and sister-in-law Mary Green. She will be lovingly remembered by one daughter Miriam Green (Rick); two sons, George (Pat) and Tom (Irene); one brother Clyde Green; two sisters-in-law, Barbara Green and Irene Gunnlaugson; eight grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Inez was an excellent cook and loved to bake. She also enjoyed reading, knitting, sewing and gardening. She was involved in the South Transcona Community Club for many years. Inez's family would like to extend sincerest thanks to the staff of the Park Manor Personal Care Home and the staff of Concordia Hospital for all their wonderful care and compassion. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 7, 2006 at Green Acres Funeral Home, Hwy. #1 East at Navin Road. Viewing will take place one half hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Green Acres Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, should friends so desire, donations in Inez's memory may be made to the Park Manor Personal Care Home, 301 Redonda St., Winnipeg, R2C 1L7.
