He is survived by his loving wife, Anne, of 64 years; his only daughter Linda Sulyma; three grandchildren, John (Kate) DeKruif, Glory (Chris) Lees and Joy DeKruif; three great-grandsons, Ethan and Mathew DeKruif and Joshua Lees. Funeral service, Friday, December 8 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of First Memorial Funeral Services, 1211 Sutherland Ave., Kelowna with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
