PATRICIA MARY KLOS (nee ANDREJOWICH) It is with profound sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our loving wife, mother and grandmother, Patricia Mary Klos at St. Boniface Hospital on Sunday, December 3, 2006, at the age of 58, after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her devoted husband of 38 years, Wallace; her children, Curtis (Catherine), Hannah; Dwayne (Serena), Noah, Brooke, Emma; Michael (Sharon) and Krissy (Jeremy Rennie), Chase. She is also survived by her parents, Walter and Frances Andrejowich of Cook's Creek; brothers, Walter (Daniella) and Raymond; sisters, Linda (Carmen McFayden) and Janice (Walter Klassen); in-laws, Stanley Klos; Virginia (Robert Lanoway), Margaret (Larry Prysizney); Tej Malik; Shelley Martini and numerous nieces, nephews, dear family and friends. Pat was predeceased by her mother-in-law Jean Klos; brother-in-law Kenny Klos and sister-in-law Audrey Malik. Pat was born at St. Boniface on October 3, 1948, only eight days after her husband. She farmed with her family in Cook's Creek while growing up and married her high school sweetheart Wallace Klos of Anola on September 28, 1968 at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church. When Pat and Wallace started a family, they moved to their farm near Hazelridge where they raised their children. Along with her family, Pat's greatest joy was found in loving and serving the Lord Jesus Christ, which she pursued wholeheartedly through Oakbank Christian Church and Women's Aglow of Beausejour. With her total devotion and dedication to God she was able to touch the many lives of close family and friends through her faith by sharing the love and compassion of our Heavenly Father. Many a bond was forged late at night at the Klos home as Pat delved into the souls of the friends her children brought home over the years. Pat's faith and determination were as strong as the love she showered so generously on those around her. Although Pat will be sadly missed we take comfort in the knowledge her soul is at peace with her Saviour in Heaven, looking down on us and smiling. A celebration of Pat's life will be held at Albright Church, 3400 DeVries Ave. in East St. Paul on Thursday, December 7 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Rob Dyer officiating. A private interment will follow at Eastdale Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Sherry Lanoway, Ian Prysizney, Kathy Andrejowich, Jonathon Martini, Erika Andrejowich and Derek Fisher. Pat, we'll miss you forever and bask in your love until we are together again. Our heartfelt thanks to the medical staff of St. Boniface Hospital and the Women's Intercessory Prayer Group of Oakbank Christian Church for their care and comfort shown to Pat and her family during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sainte Boniface CancerCare, 409 Tache Ave., Winnipeg, MB R2H 2A6.
