Mother was born on April 18, 1914 in Gushena, Russia, she was born fifth out of six children. Mother met Isaak Braun, and they married on October 30, 1943, when mom moved to Meadows to live on the family farm. Together they raised two sons, Ronald and Ernest. Mom was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who always put the needs of the family before her own. Her greatest reward was her five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her loving husband Isaak; two brothers, Peter Friesen of Winnipeg and Jack Friesen of Holland, Manitoba; sister Mary Falk of Winnipeg, as well a brother who died in Russia. Mom will be dearly missed by her loving sons, Ronald (Ann), Ernest (Heather); grandchildren, Cindy, Kristy (Albert), Sean (Brenda), Heather (Tim) and Ryan; great-grandchildren, Brady, Ethan, Matteus, Silas; sister Louise Beatty; sisters-in-law, Helen Friesen, Anna Braun, Tina Driedger and Lena Braun.
