WILLIAM BASIL HOROSHOK On December 6, 2006 at the Holy Family Nursing Home, after a lengthy illness, William Basil Horoshok, aged 83 years, of St. Martin, MB. Bill was born in Winnipeg, MB on August 24, 1923. He worked in the transporation business for many years. Bill was a life member of Legion #141 in Winnipeg, MB, and was also a Shriner. In 1994 he moved to St. Martin. He leaves to mourn his companion of 20 years, Muriel Alexander, by two children, five grandchildren and many friends. At Bill's request, cremation has taken place and no service will be held. Bill's urn will be placed in Memorial Gates at Elmwood Cemetery in Winnipeg, MB. Special thanks to the staff at Holy Family Nursing Home, and to staff at St. Adolphe Nursing Home, and also to all of his homecare workers.
