Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOSEPH BRIAN REITMEIER Our Father passed away on December 8, 2006 with family by his side. He leaves to mourn his children and grandchildren, Beverly (Ron) Jenna; Josie, Carla (Carl) and Jaime; Bonny, Blaine and Jack; Barb (Dennis), Denny, Ricky; Joe (Rachelle); Janice, Amber and Amanda; four great-grandchildren and wife Irene. One brother Art (Flo) and sister Gladys. Many special nieces and nephews. Dad was predeceased by his parents and 12 siblings and grandson, Baby Mathew Joseph. Dad was born October 24, 1930, in Winnipeg and lived here for most his life. He married Irene and had six children. Dad worked for the CNR and retired at an early age. He enjoyed many years of travelling around Canada, Mexico and the USA. Dad was a very generous man and donated money for four Christian Children thru the foster plan and enjoyed hearing how well these children were doing. We are very proud of him for doing this. We will always hold on to the good memories. The last five years Dad lived at River East Care Home. There he felt at home with the wonderful staff caring for his every need. We are so grateful to the Angels who work there and were Dads friends and now ours. We would like to sincerely thank all family and friends for their love and support during this difficult time. A family service was held and Dad rests at Transcona Cemetery. A special thank you to Chad Wheeler at Wheeler Funeral Chapel. We are so appreciative for every thing you have done to help us. Dad was loved and now rests in Peace .
