FLORENCE EILEEN PARENT (nee RAMSAY) April 9, 1951 - December 11, 2006 It is with great sadness that the family of Florence Eileen Parent announces her passing on at the Foothills Hospital in Calgary, AB. Flo is survived by her father James Ramsay, her son David (Christine) and granddaughter Kallie, Kelvin (Shannon), Allan and their families, her twin brother Doug and Shirley Ramsay, her sister Darlene and Albert Bourbonniere, many nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends. Flo was predeceased by her mothers, Madeline in 1960 and Elsie in 1997. The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff of Unit 36 at the Foothills Hospital in Calgary, AB and Three Hills Hospital in Three Hills, AB for the care they gave Flo while she was there. Also to all her family and friends who supported her throughout her short but very courageous battle. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, December 20, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. in the Knysh Funeral Chapel at 1020 Main Street. A reception to follow. Donations can be made in Flo's memory to CancerCare Manitoba.
