Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGE BROWN George Brown, 90, beloved husband of Neta, passed away December 16, 2006 at Riverview Health Centre. Besides his loving wife Neta, he is also survived by his children, Steve (Hanna), Pam (Rolly), Roberta (Bruno) and Pearl (Laurence); 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by son Ron (Louise). George was born August 13, 1916. He grew up south of Morden in the Diamond School District and later moved to the Burwalde District. He also lived in Winkler, Pilot Mound and Winnipeg. He will be missed by all. Special thank you to the Meadowood Manor Personal Care Home for caring for him these last few years and also to the Palliative Care Unit at Riverview Hospital for making his last days comfortable. The funeral will be held at Meadowood Manor, 577 St. Anne's Rd, Winnipeg on Wednesday, December 20, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. with interment at Green Acres Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 10 120 Donald Street; Wpg., MB R3C 4G2.
