He passed away unexpectedly in Victoria, BC on December 10, 2006 after years of ill health. Mourning his passing are his mother Barbara Moran; father Raymond Moran of Winnipeg; sister Cynthia Williamson; brother Kelly and wife Deidre; nieces, Tara Williamson and Caitlin Moran; nephew David Williamson. He will also be missed by his many Hurl cousins here and in Victoria. Rod will be remembered for his beautiful artwork and his love for music.
