Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLOUIS SELYEM Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, on Monday, December 18, 2006 at the Concordia Hospital, Louis died at the age of 86 years. Louis was born in Hungary on March 15, 1920. He will be missed by his wife Anna of 61 years of marriage; son Joseph (Ilona); brothers-in-law, Pocker Joseph in Winnipeg; in Hungary, Joseph Mihaly (Terezia), Peter and Agnes Nagyagi and family; niece, Elizabeth Remenyi (Joseph), and their children, Veronika and Thomas of Toronto, Ontario; relatives in Winnipeg, Tibor-Kati Nagy and family, Mrs. Anna Pokker; relatives in Hungary, Gyorgy Takacs and family, Joseph Piszker and family. Louis will also be missed my numerous close friends, Joseph and Elizabeth Szabo and family, Bill Matheson, and horsemen from Assiniboia Downs. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 6, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Michael's R.C. Church, Cook's Creek, MB, with Rev. Fr. Martin Bradbury, presiding. Interment will follow in the St. Michael's Parish Cemetery.
