MARY PAULINE COUTTS (nee CURRIE) 1935 - 2006 Peacefully, on December 22, at the Riverview Health Centre in Winnipeg. She will be sadly missed by her husband, Gordon Coutts; her two children, Brock Coutts and Jana Sawyer and her six grandchildren, Adam, Ben, Zach, Lucas, Jack and Annalise. Pauline was born in Charlottetown, PEI on May 16, 1935 and moved to Manitoba in 1958. She enjoyed living in numerous small towns across Manitoba including Portage la Prairie, Steinbach, Snow Lake, Dauphin, Virden, Morris and eventually Winnipeg. She made many, many friends in the towns she lived. A cremation has taken place and in accordance with her wishes no service is planned. In lieu of flowers, if so desired, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba or a charity of one's choice. Grief never ends, but it changes. It is a passage not a place to stay. The sense of loss must give way if we are to value the life that was lived.
