STEPHANIA VIOLET (VI) LEE (nee KRIBA) October 3, 1932 - December 27, 2006 Peacefully, surrounded by her family, Vi passed away at the Grace Hospital in Winnipeg, MB. Surviving are her loving family, husband of 48 years, Vernon; and daughter, Gayle. She also leaves to mourn her sister Rose; brothers Peter (Angie), Harry (Mary); and brother-in-law Orville (Karrie); sister-in-law Lynn (Jack). Numerous nephews, nieces and friends will remember Vi. Vi and Vernon were married in 1958. They happily resided in Charleswood since 1961. Vi quit working with the arrival of their cherished daughter, Gayle. She took great pride in providing a loving, nurturing home for her family. Vi enjoyed camping, canning, crossword puzzles and visiting back home in Saskatchewan. In recent years, she and Vernon loved being alone watching the wildlife wander in and out of their backyard. Our family would like to thank the staff at Grace Hospital for their kindness and caring at the time of her passing. A private gathering of family and friends will take place in the Reception Centre at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue.
