KATHLEEN SCULLY On December 29, 2006, Kathleen Anne passed away in the St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 73 years. Kathleen was predeceased by her parents, Eugene and Kathleen Comeau. Left to cherish her memory is her husband Bill of 46 years; her daughter Maura (Charlie) Fredborg; her granddaughters, Caitlin, Ciera, and Shannon; her sister-in-law Linda (Henri) Vandale; her brother-in-law Larry (Kathy) Scully and many nieces and nephews. Kathleen was born on December 24, 1933, in Saint John, NB. She received her education at the Saint Ambrose High School in Yarmouth, NS. She met Bill in 1958 and they were later married in 1960 at the Cathedral of Immaculate Conception in Saint John, NB. Kathleen was an accomplished pianist and enjoyed singing in church choirs, both in Edmonton and in Winnipeg. She especially enjoyed her summers at the cottage at Balsam Bay. Kathleen had a love for cats and dogs, especially Adam her Irish Setter and Ruby her English Springer Spaniel. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, January 4 at 11:00 a.m., in the Holy Cross Church, 252 Dubuc St. Interment will follow the reception in Green Acres Cemetery, #1 Hwy and Navin Rd. In lieu of flowers, donations in Kathleen's memory may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 5 Kent St, Winnipeg, MB R2L 9Z9. The Coutu family in care of arrangements: E.J. COUTU CO.
