LILLIAN MARY MCDOWELL (nee Beck) Peacefully at the Pinecrest Nursing Home, Bobcaygeon, Ontario, on Wednesday, January 3, 2007, in her 85th year. Survived by her loving husband of over 59 years, Charles (Mickey). Lillian will always be lovingly remembered by her children Brent of Weston, Craig (Deb) of Orangeville and Lynne Dryla (Scott) of Keswick. Grandma will be sadly missed by Shane, Nicole, Andrea and Kevin. Also survived by her extended family in Western Canada. Friends and relatives may call at the HENDREN FUNERAL HOME, Lakefield, on Friday January 5, 2007 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held from the Hendren Chapel on Saturday, January 6, 2007 at 12:00 noon. Interment, Lakefield Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Canadian Cancer Society as expressions of sympathy.
