NEIL RAYMOND MICHAUD After a short illness, on Sunday, December 24, 2006 in London, England. Neil is survived in Canada by his parents, Marion and Alf; sister Dayle; aunts, Jacqueline and Marie; nephew Joey (Christie) and niece Marion. Overseas, Neil is survived by his five children: daughters, Tanya (Scott), and Laila and sons, Sacha (Vicki), Matt and Andre; along with six grandchildren. Born in Winnipeg on May 22, 1932, Neil's first love was music. As a young man he moved first to Montreal to pursue his career as a jazz musician, and then afterwards, to London, England, where he lived until his recent death. Although he spent the majority of his adult life in England, Neil always considered Canada home, and enjoyed occasional trips back, especially to holiday at Malachi Lake, Ontario. A service was held to celebrate Neil's life on Wednesday, January 3, 2007, in London, England. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by family and many friends. Rest with the angels.
