BRIAN LAWRENCE BANNERMAN It is with deep sadness and regret that we announce the passing of Brian, at home, after a lengthy illness on December 31, 2006, at the age of 71 years. Brian is survived by his beloved wife Diane; his children, Edward (Diane), Cheryl, Susan (Kirk), Kenneth (Judy), and Tracey (Glen); god-daughter Reagan, and their families; step-children, Cora (Dave), Jennifer (Shawn), and Kate (Richard), and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, with special mention of grandson Brian whom he spent much time with during his illness. Until retirement, Brian had been a long-time employee of Midway Homes, a division of North American Lumber. He had a love of classical music, travel, and history. He was an active member of the West Kildonan Legion where he will be missed by all who knew him. In accordance with Brian's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private graveside service was held at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. Glen Eden Funeral Home in care of arrangements. You must be merciful, as your Father in Heaven is merciful. Don't judge other people and you will not be judged yourselves. Don't condemn and you will not be condemned.
