Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLORRAINE ANNA PARISIEN (nee St. Germain) It's with heavy hearts we announce the gentle passing of our beloved sister and friend, Mrs. Lorraine Anna Parisien at the St. Boniface Hospital on January 5, 2007. She is survived by her sisters, Jeanne St. Germain of Vancouver BC, Arlett Trout of Bothell, Washington and extended family. Lorraine was predeceased by her husband Léo, sisters, Irene, Olive, and brother Léo St. Germain. Lorraine grew up in St Germain, MB. After receiving her Teachers Diploma, she taught school in the St. Germain area. Her love and concern for young people carried on to her final days. After marrying Léo Parisien, they farmed in the St. Adophe area. Following Léo's death she continued to manage the farm with determination and independence. It took the Flood of the Century to force her to move to St. Vital, MB. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Christ the King Roman Catholic Church, 847 St. Mary's Rd. with Fr. Renato Pasinato officiating.
