MENNO JOHN HILDEBRANT Menno John Hildebrant aged 72 years of Altona, MB passed away suddenly on January 7, 2007 at the Altona Health Centre. Left to cherish his passing is his wife Nora; his children, Wendy Desjarlais, Darlene Hildebrant, Darlene Hildebrant, Sharon (David) Gareau, Leonard (Tina) Hildebrant, Lorna (David) Clutterham, Sylvia (Errol) Funk; stepchildren, Audrey (Ron) Schmidt, Brad (Laura) Dueck, and Rod (Kim) Dueck; 16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Menno John was predeceased by his first wife Helen in 1976; his daughter Janice in 1963; and daughter Pearl in 2000. The funeral service will be held Friday, January 12, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. from the Bergthaler Mennonite Church in Altona, MB with interment to follow in the Altona Cemetery. Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home, Altona on Wednesday, Janaury 10 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Thursday, January 11 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and at the church prior to the service. In memory of Menno John Hildebrant donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba and or to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
