Beatrice was born on May 6, 1914 in Transcona and remained in her own home until the age of 90 when she moved to Park Manor. She was a loving and caring person who was a devoted member of the All Saints Parish in Transcona. Grandma always had a warm heart and always welcomed people into her home. She was a terrific sewer, knitter and all bragged about her delicious cooking. She took great pride and joy in her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Grandma always had something kind to say about those her knew and never did she speak in a negative light of others. We were blessed to have grandma in our lives for this length of time. The great times and numerous family gatherings are all fond memories of which we will treasure forever. Grandma your strong family values and kind ways have been passed onto your grandchildren and great-grandchildren. We thank you for these great teachings Grandma. The family extends their sincere thanks to the staff at the Park Manor Personal Care Home, especially to nurses Tom and Linda.
