ROLAND (ROLLY) JEAN JOSEPH PELLETIER May 11, 1931 - January 10, 2007 It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our father, husband, grandfather and brother on January 10, 2007 at the Victoria General Hospital. He was predeceased by his mother and father Léontine and Felix. Left to cherish many wonderful memories is his beloved wife of 52 years Yolande (nee Chouinard); his children: Mike (Gloria), Ron, Ginette (Doug), Rachel; and his grandchildren: Justin, Lynne, Cody and Kay-Lee. Also left to mourn are his brothers and sisters: Gérard (Ollie), Josephine (late Victor), Ida (late Léo), Adélard (Yvonne), Aurore (Marcellin), Pierre (Joan), Irène (Donat), Hélène (Paul), Paul (Linda), Denise (Guy), Denis (Pat), as well as numerous nieces and nephews and other friends and relatives. Dad was born and raised in LaBroquerie, MB. He later moved to Grande Pointe, MB, where he and his wife raised their four children. He spent over 35 years driving truck. He loved spending time fishing with friends and family, gardening, and watching all sports. The family would like to thank the emergency staff, as well as the fourth floor staff from the Victoria General Hospital for their care and support. Special thanks to Dr. Gobeil and Dr. Bissonnette. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 200-6 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB, R3L 0K6. Funeral mass will be celebrated at the Notre-Dame-de-la-Miséricorde Roman Catholic Church in Ile-des-Chênes, MB on Monday, January 15 at 1:30 p.m. Father Roland Prescott will celebrate the mass. Interment of Roland's cremated remains will take place in the Ile-des-Chênes Parish Cemetery at a later date. LECLAIRE BROTHERS in care of arrangements. 775-2220
