SOFIA S. VERSOZA Peacefully on January 10, 2007 Sofia Versoza, beloved wife of Celestino, passed away at the Seven Oaks Hospital. Besides her husband she is survived by her children, Rodolfo, Aurora Martinez, Susan Pangilinan (Jolly), Reny (Cecilia), Ellen Mao (Denis), Ramon (Jane), Glecy Villanueva (Felecito), Chie Gutierrez (Gerry), and Rick; daughter-in-law Bernadette; eight grandchildren in Canada, 12 grandchildren in the Philippines; ten great-grandchildren in the Philippines. She was predeceased by her parents; son Rogelio. Sofia was also predeceased by all her brothers and sisters. Lamay will be held on Thursday, January 18 and Friday, January 19, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight at Knysh Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main St. (Prayers will be said Friday at 7:30 p.m.). Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 20 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph The Worker Parish, 505 Brewster St., Transcona. Interment Glen Lawn Cemetery. The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to their family and friends for all their prayers, care and support.
