Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNORMAN PETER KREVIAZUK Peacefully on January 10, 2007 with his family by his side, Norman, age 67, went to his eternal home in Heaven to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Norman was predeceased by his father and mother, Peter and Katherine Kreviazuk, Brother Kevin Kreviazuk and father-in-law, John Foster. He is survived by his wife Carol who he was married to for 37 years. Also left to cherish his memory are his daughters Leanne and Karen and his son Jordan. He is also survived by his brothers, Jon (Carole), David (Carolyn), Sam (Debbie), Alvin (Betty) and sisters, Joanne Zelych (Martin), Beverley Walkof (Karl), Lois Aldworth (John), Alana Pande (Madhu), Donna Kwitkowski (Mark), Beryl Gray (Wendal), and many nieces, nephews, and other family members. Norman was born in Selkirk, Manitoba July 5, 1939. As a teenager he worked in the family potato business. He then recieved his sheet metal journeyman papers and worked in the sheet metal trade for several years until he went to work for Sun Valley Pools. He then went on to work for his brothers, Jon and Sam at Krevco Pool Patio. Norm was a very creative person not only in the pool business but also in other projects as well especially woodworking. Our home is filled with his handywork. He was a jack of all trades and was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone who would ask a favor of him. He was a very humble, sincere, kind, loving person and very giving of his time to other people. He was active in the church he attended until his sickness prevented him from being active. The high light for him was to take Jordan to practice his music on the organ at Calvary Temple. It was such a special time for Jordan and his dad. He was very dedicated to his own family and we will always be eternally grateful to him for that. Norman's life could best be summed up in the Word of the Bible found in 2 Timothy 4: 7 8. I have fought a good fight. I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. He fought so hard to stay here but he said he was ready to go to be with his Lord should He call him home. We have the hope that one day we will be united with him in Heaven. Norman was a source of strength to those around him and he never wavered in his faith. Norman, we love you and miss you so much. Funeral service will be held at Calvary Temple, 400 Hargrave Street on Monday, January 15 at 1:00 p.m. Rock Fontaine Funeral Director in care of arrangements. 223-2576 or 866-499-2601.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family of my friend Kevin's great uncle's (Baty) sister-in-law's (Carol) brother-in-law (Norm). I admire Chantal Kreviazuk, O.C. for her work with underprivileged children. - Posted by: Philip (Friend of Peggy's son) on: Nov 26, 2021
