I was just a little boy about 10 when I met (Emo) as he went by, I had just moved in across the st from him on St. Paul’s street. On a hot summer afternoon he was Sitting on his front stair when I met him, he had his garage wide open with many, many bicycles that he would repair and I was a blessed as a recipient of such a bicycle, I’ve never had a bicycle in my life until Emil so graciously gave me one and showed me, being without a father, how to repair mY own bike and other bikes to follow. Emo also showed me other lessons in life. Emo was a mentor to me, I had the Attention of a father that I never had. Miss him very much as well as remembering his Conversations he had with his wife Irene which were very colourful times. I pray that I May see you again one day my faithful friend and father figure. You meant a lot to this little ten year old all those years ago. - Posted by: Richard Koppanyi (Friend ) on: May 06, 2019
