Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELVIN GOERTZEN October 2, 1948 - January 13, 2007 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Elvin Goertzen, of Landmark, Manitoba, after a courageous battle with cancer. Elvin is survived by his father, Karl Goertzen of Steinbach, formerly of Landmark, MB, two sisters Carolyn (Henry), and Joyce, three brothers Frank (Irene), Karl (Grace) and Len (Lottie), and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother Katherine and his sister Paulina. The funeral service for Elvin Goertzen will be held Thursday, January 18, at 2:00 p.m. at the Prairie Rose Evangelical Mennonite Church, Landmark, MB with burial at the church cemetery. Viewing at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach on Wednesday, January 17 from 7:00 to 7:30 p.m. with a devotional to follow. If friends so desire donations may be made to ACL Steinbach.
