Barb was predeceased by her loving husband of over 40 years, Ken Robson, and brother Tom Duncan. She will be missed by her son Jim (Jean) Robson; daughter Lynn Ingram (Wayne); grandchildren, Ali, Marley, Chris and Robyn. She will also be remembered by her sister-in-law Laura Duncan, as well as brother-in-law Dick (Marge) Robson and their families. Barb was born at the Victoria Hospital in Winnipeg and grew up in River Heights. She attended Kelvin High School where she met Ken. In 1960 the family moved back to Winnipeg and in 1962 moved to Saskatoon, returning to Winnipeg in 1963 where Barb had lived since. Barb enjoyed working at D'Allards and Zellers for many years. She also stayed active with bowling, step-dancing, aerobics, and walking her beloved dogs. Barb enjoyed travel and in more recent years took great pleasure in several trips to Palm Springs. She was proud of her Scottish ancestry and a trip to Scotland with Ken was a fond memory. Barb and Ken spent many happy summers at Royal Lake where they entertained family and friends. Barb enjoyed family get-togethers, especially Bar-B-Q's in her backyard. She was extremely proud of her grandchildren and never missed a concert, graduation or special event. The family would like to thank the staff at the Grace Hospital Cancer Clinic and the homecare nurses, especially Wendy for their care and kindness. So sorry to hear about your mom's death Lynn. I remember the fashion show at Zeller's that your mom got us in, great fun. Lots of strawberry shortcakes at the restaurant there. Hope you are well. - Posted by: REV. DIANE FISHER (friend of Lynn's) on: Jun 17, 2013
