LORRAINE (LORI) MARTENS It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Lori (Lorraine) Martens on January 6, 2007 at the age of 47 years at the St. Paul Hospital in Vancouver, BC. Lori was born in Winnipeg on March 18, 1959. She lived in Winnipeg until the age of nine when she moved to Grunthal, MB where she attended Green Valley School. At the age of 18 Lori left Grunthal to live in Winnipeg, Calgary and finally in Vancouver until her passing. She will be dearly remembered by her family and friends. A memorial service will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 150 Penfeld Dr., Steinbach on Saturday, January 20 at 11:00 a.m. with ash interment to follow at Grunthal Cemetery at a later date.
