ALLAN SAMUEL MCGOWAN Born on January 6, 1949, Allan passed away suddenly January 7, 2007. Predeceased by his parents, Esther and Samuel McGowan; he is survived by his children, Allan, Jr. and Laura; his brother Dennis (Diane) and nieces, Kyla and Randi. Allan graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1971 with an honours degree in microbiology. He worked for many years in mechanics and engineering with various companies before taking early retirement due to failing health. Allan was an avid photographer and travelled extensively to pursue this passion. Cremation has taken place. Private interment will be held at a later date.
