HERBERT HERMAN MATTHES Herbert Herman Matthes of Winnipeg, passed away peacefully January 16, 2007 at the age of 83. Herb was predeceased by his loving wife, Anne; his parents, Edmund and Katherine Matthes and son-in-law Tony Naylor. Herb will be sadly missed by his loving son, Robert (Diane); daughter Kathy (Al); four grand-children, Tim (Theresa), Trevor (Paula), Jason (Laurie) and Cindy and seven great-grand-children. Also his brother Allen (Shirley) and sister Glenda (John) and two nieces and two nephews. At Herb's request, there will be no funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Herb's name to the Children's Wish Foundation. Our thanks to Coleen and staff at MICU and Health Sciences Centre and a special thanks to Herb's neighbour and friend, Calvin.
