IRENE ANNA GOVEREAU March 14, 1939 January 21, 2007 With family at her bedside, God sent His best angel for our Mom (Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Sister) to make sure she made it home. With mixed emotions we said Goodbye. We are sad to see her go, but happy that she is going to be reunited with Dad. Mom was predeceased by her beloved husband Theodore on January 12, 1990; her parents, Peter and Marion; brothers, Eb, Tom and Bill; great-granddaughter Leslie. Mom leaves family and friends to carry on her love, memories and humour. She leaves Terry (Dave), Irene, Ted (Pam), Wayne, Dennis (Lorna), Gale (Bob), Angie (Sonny) and Ken (Debbie); daughter-in-law Dolly; grandchildren, great-grandchildren; siblings, Caroline, Ruby and Arnold. Special thanks to Irene for making a home with Mom, daughters, staff on 7A West St. Boniface Hospital for Mom's hospital care, Caroline, Ruby, Arnold, George, Fran, family and friends for their visits and prayers, and for the gift of little Anna. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial service will be held at Bethel Chapel, 200 Main St. in Selkirk, Manitoba at 7:00 p.m., January 24, 2007. Prayers and fellowship will be held at Dallas Community Gospel Fellowship, Dallas, Manitoba on Friday, January 26, 2007, at 7:30 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. also at the Dallas Community Gospel Fellowship. Private interment will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Please Hug Your Mom Today.
