ANNE MOROSNICK It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Anne Morosnick, on January 24, 2007 at the age of 85, with her children at her bedside. She was predeceased by Jack, her loving husband of 48 years, and is survived by her 3 children, Larry (Sylvia), Marla (John), and Alayna (Larry). She is also survived by her four grandchildren, Blair, Grant, Jill, and David, all of whom will miss her greatly. Anne's energy, wit, and her love of life and people ensured that she would be lovingly remembered by many friends and family members. She was most proud of her volunteer work with C.N.I.B., Meals on Wheels and the Jewish Historical Society. Funeral was held Friday, January 26 at Shaarey Zedek Synagogue with interment at Rosh Pina Cemetery. Pallbearers were Blair Morosnick, Grant Morosnick, Jill Saifer, David Saifer, John Weston and Stephen Cantor. Honorary pallbearers were Allan Cantor and Saul Guttman. Shiva is being observed at 66 Devonport Boulevard until Monday evening, January 29, between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. as well as 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian National Institute for the Blind.
