ERNA SCHULTZ Peacefully, on January 21, 2007 at Concordia Place Personal Care Home, Erna Schultz (nee Penner), aged 86, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away. Erna was predeceased by her loving husband Erwin Schultz (Ernie), and eldest daughter Leona Harrison of Toronto. She is survived by daughter Lori Botan of Winnipeg; two grandsons of Winnipeg, David Kiesman (wife Franka) and Ryan Kiesman (wife Kristi); two grandsons of Toronto, Geoff Harrison (wife Norma) and Chris Harrison (wife Tracey); five great-grandsons and one great-granddaughter. Eldest sister Agnes Tingle still resides in Vancouver. Born in Moluchna, Russia in 1920, Erna, with her family, immigrated to Canada at the young age of four years. She has resided in Winnipeg all her life, where she and husband Ernie raised their family. During her last years of ill health, Erna lived at Concordia Place, where she was a blessing to all. The family wishes to thank all the nurses and staff for their kindness in attending to Erna's needs. Visitation will be held at Klassen Funeral Home from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, February 1, with funeral service also at Klassen Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 2.
