EDMEE LAMBERT 1916 - 2007 With great sadness the family announces the passing of Edmee Lambert, after a lengthy illness, on Thursday, January 25, 2007 at the Lundar Personal Care Home. She is survived by her children, Robert (Serena), Dolores (Raymond), Ernie (Jacinte), Rolande (Robert), Laurent (Doreen), Claude (Nancy), Fleurette (Jim), Andre, Debbie (Allan), Guy (Rose) and Yvon; 31 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great-grandchildren; sister Marguerite Tonn; sisters-in-law, Berthe Lambert and Suzanne Carrière. She is predeceased by her parents; husband Yves in 1991; son Gerard in 1957; grandson Jamie Gaudry in 1974, and her brother Edgar Carrière. Thank you to all of the staff from Lundar Personal Care Home who took good care of our Mother. Following Mom's wishes, cremation has taken place. Prayers will be held on Monday, January 29, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Laurent Roman Catholic Church. Memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Manitoba Developmental Centre, 840 3rd St. N.E., Portage la Prairie, MB R1N 0A1. Chers enfants, je vous ai quittés non sans déchirement, mais j'ai espéré dans le Seigneur. Quelle joie de contempler le Dieu d'amour et de lui confier les secrets de vos coeurs. Ne m'oubliez pas, car je suis toujours avec vous. Je vous mets dans les bras de Marie afin qu'elle vous protège. Ne pleurez pas, je vais à Dieu, j'ai rejoint ceux que j'aimais et j'attends ceux que j'aime. Good-bye my family, my life has passed, I loved you all to the very last.
