EILEEN MAY MOORE On Sunday, January 28, 2007 with her family at her side Eileen Moore of East Selkirk and formerly of Balmoral, MB passed away at the Selkirk General Hospital. Surviving to mourn her loss are children, Patricia Paul, Randy (Sharon) Moore, Ken (Barbara) Moore and eight grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Jim in 1995 and son Robert in 1997. The Hunter Family immigrated from Ireland during the potato blight in 1895 to a farm in Meadows, MB. Born on April 23, 1910, Eileen grew up there and schooled in Winnipeg at a Business College, returning to Meadows. She met Jim Moore a Patterson Grain Buyer who soon became, her husband where they lived in Meadows until they transferred to Balmoral, where the rest of the family thrived and are buried to this day. We will never forget you Mom, love the family. A private family service will be held. If friends so desire memorial donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba.
