EINAR SIGURDSON 1935 2007 Peacefully, with family by his side, Einar Sigurdson, formerly of Lakeland, Manitoba, passed away at Seven Regions Health Centre, Gladstone on Thursday, February 1, 2007. He was predeceased by his first wife Margaret (Coulthard) and infant son in 1961; father Skapti in 1976; mother Runa in 1989; sister Evelyn Eiriksson in 2003, and stepsons, Jim and Rod Caskey in 2004. Einar is survived by his wife Edythe; daughters, Lynn (Ron) Watson and Ann (Len) Kuharski, and their children, Amy and Jared Watson, and Myles, Jeff, and Katelyn Kuharski; along with stepson Clark (Shelley) Caskey; stepdaughters-in-law, Sandy and Jane Caskey, and their children. Funeral service will be held on Monday, February 5, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, Langruth, Manitoba. Interment will follow in the Lakeland Cemetery. Einar's family will meet with friends at the Langruth Community Hall following the interment. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Manitoba Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Diabetes Association, or to the Parkinson's Society of Canada. Longer obituary to follow.
