ANNE GAUDES Suddenly, on Wednesday, January 31, 2007, Anne Gaudes, beloved wife of the late Anthony Gaudes passed away at the age of 83 years. Anne was predeceased by her husband Tony in 1996 and will be lovingly remembered by their children, Kathie Gaudes (Karl) of Calgary, Candy (Rick) Gustafson, Virginia Gaudes (Jim), Tony Gaudes Jr., seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and brother Fred Pawluk. Anne retired from St. Boniface Hospital in 1989. She lovingly enjoyed spending time with all her grandchildren, as well as going on trips to Vegas, which was her favourite pastime. Cremation has taken place. A gathering of family and friends will be held between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 5, 2007 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (south of the Royal Canadian Mint). Interment will follow in the family niche at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. The family would like to thank St. Norbert Nursing Home for their patience, understanding, and caring for our mother, grandmother and her family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Anne to the Alzheimer's Society.
