The family has been so appreciative of Kay's many friends, neighbours and the caregivers at the Swan Valley Lodge who have gone out of their way to enable her to finish out her life in the town she loved so dearly. We particularly appreciated Kay's caring friend, Francie Baird, on whom we relied so many times. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will take place on June 9, 2007 in Swan River. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kay's name to CancerCare Manitoba.
