Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryERWIN MANTHEY Erwin peacefully passed away with his family by his side on February 8, 2007. Erwin is survived by sons Ted (Lydia) and Dieter (Gina); daughter Anita (Blake); 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his loving wife Alice; son Henry and grandson Eric. Erwin was born on January 12, 1910 in Poland and immigrated to Canada in 1951. He joined the Hudson Bay (Northern Division) in 1956 and remained until retirement. Erwin enjoyed his time at the cottage. The family would like to thank the staff at the St. Joseph's Residence for their care and compassion. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 13, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 65 Walnut Street with the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Heimo Bachmeyer officiating. Interment to follow in Brookside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Erwin's memory to St. Peter's Lutheran Church.
