Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJUDY LYNN TAYLOR It is with much sadness that Ron Taylor and Verley Howse announce the loss of their beloved daughter Judy Lynn Taylor following an accident on Sunday, February 4, 2007 in Winnipeg at the young age of 33 years old. She also leaves to mourn her step-mother Gail Taylor, step-sister Denise Graves, step-brother Christopher Nickel and her grandparents Majors Fred and Maysie Howse (retired). Judy (formerly of Elliot Lake, Ontario), graduated from Booth College in 1997 and later also received a Bachelor of Social Work in 2004. She had a compassion for those involved and affected by the justice system. She worked as a Parole Supervisor for The Salvation Army Correctional and Justice Services and facilitated the John School program. The family would like to thank all who have assisted them during this difficult time. The 'Jude Taylor Memorial Scholarship' has been set up at Booth College for those who would like to donate in her honour on an ongoing basis - or in lieu of flowers. This entrance scholarship in the amount of $1,000 will be awarded on a yearly basis and will be maintained by friends and family of Judy. Cheques can be made payable to the Jude Taylor Memorial Scholarship' and mailed Booth College, 447 Webb Place. A memorial service will be held for Judy on Saturday, February 24, 2007, 2:00 p.m. in the Booth College Chapel, 447 Webb Place, Winnipeg. Funeral services are to be held at The Salvation Army Brampton Citadel, Ontario, this coming week. Judy will be laid to rest in the Glendale Memorial Gardens, Toronto, Ontario.
