IVY SEXTON It is with sadness that the family of Ivy Sexton announces her passing on Wednesday, February 7, 2007 at the age of 87. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Joseph Sexton, in 2000. She is survived by her three children and spouses, Pat (Don), Ken (Peggy), and Lorne (Christine); 10 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren. Ivy had numerous interests and vocations during her life: painting, writing, singing (Singing Seniors), Girl Guides, and Manitoba Naturalists. She worked at Eaton's downtown and as a Teaching Assistant at Lord Selkirk School prior to her retirement in 1982. She was active in the vestry and choir at St. Thomas Anglican Church and more recently attended St. Stephen's Anglican Church. A memorial service will take place at St. Stephen's Anglican Church on Friday, February 16 at 11:00 a.m., followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to St. Stephen's Anglican Church, Canadian Cancer Society, or to a charity of your choice.
