DONNA CORAL CALDWELL August 21, 1917 February 11, 2007 Peacefully on February 11, 2007 at the Riverview Health Centre, with her family at her side, Donna passed away. Donna will be lovingly remembered by her children, John and Joan; grandchildren, Tanis, Patricia, David, Devon and Garrett, and 10 great-grandchildren. Donna was predeceased by her husband James; her sisters, Mary and Melba, and her three brothers, Ernie, Earl and Arthur. Donna was born and raised in Winnipegosis. After high school in 1936 she went into nursing at the Winnipeg Children's Hospital and graduated in 1939. She worked in Winnipeg and then moved to Vancouver in 1940. She returned to Winnipeg and married Jim in 1942. Donna was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her life revolved around her family and she always put them first. Funeral services will be held at Thomson In the Park Funeral Home on Thursday, February 15 at 2:00 p.m. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff of CD3 at the Riverview Health Centre for all their loving care and support to our Mum. In lieu of flowers, donations could be made to the Alzheimer's Society, 10 120 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 4G2 or Riverview Health Care Foundation, 1 Morley Ave. E., Winnipeg, MB R3L 2P4.
